• You may not distribute, share, leak, or resell your client files, license key, or account.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your license without a refund.

2. Acceptable Use

Human Client is designed as a utility and PVP modification for anarchy servers where such modifications are expressly permitted. We do not condone the use of our software to violate the rules of other servers or gaming networks.

• You agree that you use Human Client entirely at your own risk.
• Human Client LLC is not responsible for any bans, punishments, or account terminations you may receive on any platform or server as a result of using our software.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, UI designs, code, and related materials are the exclusive property of Human Client LLC. Using our software does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Because Human Client is a digitally delivered good, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or in full, once the software has been downloaded or the license has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate hardware ban and termination of your account.
• "Lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of the Human Client project. If the project is discontinued, continued support is not guaranteed.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Human Client LLC does not warrant that the software will be completely free of bugs, downtime, or bypass all anti-cheat software indefinitely.
